Leadership is not telling people what to do. What is leadership? The most powerful leaders inspire and empower those who follow to create their way. This means teaching those you lead to solve problems and make decisions without you being there. When you lead in this way it's natural that those you lead will continually evolve to higher levels of performance. The natural by-product will be that the people you lead will grow as individuals and as a team. This is how you create impact as a leader.
